CRC- KNOWLEDGE RESOURCES CENTRE

CECOA Knowledge Resources Centre (CRC) is part of a national network of Knowledge Resources Centres and aims to prepare and disseminate technical information in different technical supports, especially targeted to the trade and services setor.

The main goal of CECOA’s CRC is to provide technical, informative and pedagogical support to its users in the specific areas of trade and services, namely in areas like marketing, customers service and sales, merchandising, window-dressing and commercial urbanism, as well as in the areas of education, training and employment.

The CRC is constituted by a Documentation Center, a Multimedia area, an Internet area, a Video area and a Lecture room.

The national network of Knowledge Resources Centres integrates 58 members, spread across the country and that share contents through a virtual and collaborative platform (Virtual CRC) available in the following link
www.crcvirtual.org/index.php/principal.

The aim of this network is to endow training centres and professionals with technical and informative support. These key players can collaborate by suggesting or sharing contents.

The CECOA’s CRC target-users are its employees, trainers/consultants and trainees. Training entities and professionals belonging to the RCRC as well as trainees/students and investigators have also access to the CRC.
